Field Service Facilitators participate in hands-on involvement with an assigned client. This can include teaching of life skills, social skills, or simply providing companionship. Facilitators may attend community access activities with the client. Such activities may include bowling, movies, trips to museums, sporting events, etc. Facilitators will provide transportation for the client to activities. Mileage and expense reimbursement provided.

High School diploma/GED Must be 21 Must be able to pass criminal background check Clean MVR Must maintain current CPR and First Aid certification Must be flexible – facilitation is provided Monday through Sunday during day and evening hours. PT Care Provider
Care Providers assist with client activities and personal care during our day program. Care providers should be patient, able to respond in a timely manner to client needs and be prepared to assist with feeding and toileting of developmentally disabled adults.
